CellMLEditorApplication
The bioengineering institute have developed a CellML 1.1 editor. The first goal is to support the creation of models at the level of CellML 1.1 constructs; in this sense it should at least satisfy the goals of EditAFormulatedModel.
The editor can be found on the CellML Sourceforge site.
