Original Model Status:
Model runs in PCEnv. Produces a curve, not the appropriate pancreatic bursting.
Work Done on Model:
Recoded model according to the author's original XPPAUT .ode file, which can be found at: http://www.math.fsu.edu/~bertram/software/islet/BJ_00.ode bertram2000_BJ_00.ode
Curation Status:
Model runs in PCEnv but is unable to produce the appropriate output. Model produces only one AP like spike. Model has been checked for errors and none found. Can not conceive of why this model is not working. New version has been uploaded as version 02.
Further work required:
Get someone else to check over the model and compare with the .ode file.
