2022 International CellML Workshop

The 15th International CellML Workshop was held 31 May 2022 at the Waiheke Island Resort, Waiheke Island, Auckland, New Zealand.

The annual International CellML Workshop is an opportunity for scientists to present and discuss ongoing work related to physiological modelling and simulation with particular focus on model and data exchange & reuse, archiving, and versioning and related software support. The workshop was primarily an in-person event with local attendees able to gather in person, while following our usual practice of enabling remote participation via Zoom.

While the primary emphasis of this workshop is on CellML and related technologies, work from across the VPH & Physiome Project and computational systems biology communities are covered (SED-MLPhysiome RepositoryCOMBINE, reproducibility and model curation, etc.).
