Some notes that have come up regarding CellML and Physiome integration are made below.
An initial stab at CellML, ontologies, and the Physiome project was made in a section(PhysiomeOntologiesAndTools of a recent paper. This document is very CellML centric - obviously - since that is the point of view I (matt) came from.
