A numerical model of acid-base transport in rat distal tubule - chang_fujita_2001
Original Model:
The overall model is a spatial model which takes into account the distribution of transporters along the distal tubule. The CellML models here represent the state diagrams of the transporters involved. These are: renal Na-H exchanger, renal anion exchanger (Cl-, HCO3-), renal H-ATPase model.
All of these transporter/exchanger models load in PCEnv, and all are representations of state diagrams. All produce a flat output.
Work done on model:
Looked at paper, noted that model is in fact a spatial model including several transporter models.
Curation Status:
Models load in PCEnv but produce flat outputs. Versions need to be changed to variants?
