Newly coded by Catherine.

None since model was coded.
Curation Status:
Runs in PCEnv, and the mathml equations are true to the original paper, but can't recreate the simulation results in the published paper.
Catherine had to adapt the 24 hour clock times used in the published model to an arbitary time scale.
Further work required:
Figure out why model doesn't reproduce published results. Fix.
