Agenda - CellML weekly team meeting - Auckland
Agenda: 14 January 2009

  1. (Randall) CellML-API and DAE's, Saucerman, IDA, initial_value attribute etc. (continued)
  2. (Catherine) A new name for PCEnv/COR: Should we set up a voting system?  We've had plenty of feedback and ideas but very little agreement!  Majority rule?  Or executive decision by Peter and Poul?
  3. (Catherine) New tutorials for the CellML website...  In particular, CellML 1.1.  Can I get everyone's ideas and thoughts please?  Should this be based on Sarala's work?  Or should it be merged with a "how-to"
regarding PMR2?  And who to write this?
  4. (Catherine) CellML workshop: I have circulated a draft programme for day 1.
Please can people respond to this?  Also, I have asked Matt Halstead to come into the Institute at some point in the next month (or so) to give us all a "tutorial" on SBO, SBGN and BioPAX.  I will advertise this once it is confirmed.
  5. (James) CellML AGM - what, why, how, where, when? Consideration for inclusion in CellML Workshop schedule
