This folder contains Jonna Terkildsen's CellML description of the PHN model
- Niederer et al 2006
- This is a cellML encoded version of the Niederer et al 2006 model of active contraction.
- Hinch et al 2004
- This is a CellML encoded version of the Hinch et al model of cellular calcium dynamics.
- Pandit et al 2001 epicardial model
- This is a CellML encoded version of the epicardial cell model present by Pandit et al.
- Pandit et al 2006 endocardial model
- This is a CellML encoded of the endocardial cell model of Pandit et al.
- Pandit-Hinch-Niederer Model (CellML1.0 - No Imports)
- This is a CellML1.0 version of the Pandit-Hinch-Niederer cell model. This version contains no imports (ie. is a flattened version of the Pandit-Hinch-Niederer CellML1.1 model).
- Pandit-Hinch-Niederer model (CellML1.1 - with imports)
- This is the CellML1.1 encoded version of the PHN model. All files must be contained in the same folder. Open Pandit_Hinch_Niederer.cellml in PCEnv to run the model.
