PCenv 0.3rc2 has been released unchanged as PCEnv 0.3. This version uses version 1.3 of the CellML API. It also features a first cut implementation of an xml editor, so that changes can be made to the CellML of a model directly while manipulating it in PCEnv. The ability to add interactive diagrams into session files has also been incorporated. There are a number of other performance, user interface and stability related changes.
