Version 1.4rc1 of the CellML API has been released with the addition of pregenerated build scripts as version 1.4.

This version of the CellML API has an improved CellML validation service, and minor improvements to the code generation service.

Change log

  • The CellML Validation service has been expanded to check more rules and cases, and for limited semantic checking.
  • Code generation has been cleaned up:
    • Piecewise expressions inside of larger expressions are now supported.
    • More robust handling of certain kinds of semantically invalid models.
    • Minor improvements to code generation patterns.
