Description:
The example code that comes with the API DOM implementation source refers to the Utilities.hxx header and the use of the templates defined therein as an aid to using the C++ implementation. This seems like a useful feature, but the header is not installed as part of the 'make install' process. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature as the header is not part of the standard API - but probably if the recommended API usage is to use Utilities.hxx then it should be installed as part of the standard API 'make install' process?
