PCEnv 0.4 and CellML API 1.4

Announcing the availability of PCEnv version 0.4 and CellML API reference implementation version 1.4.

New versions of PCEnv (Physiome CellML Environment) as well the CellML API reference implementation are available.

• The CellML DOM API 1.4 is available at http://www.cellml.org/downloads/cellml_api/releases/1.4
  
• PCEnv 0.4 is available at http://www.cellml.org/downloads/pcenv/releases/0.4

The CellML API makes a rich library of utilities for working with CellML available to developers of CellML software.

PCEnv is built on the CellML API, and provides a rich graphical user interface for creating CellML models, as well as running the simulations of existing models.
