Agenda: 2 July 2008

  1. (Catherine) Helping Dan Beard's group

Dan Beard sent this to Catherine:

> I also want to point you to our Biological Components Databank: > http://june.phys.mcw.edu/BioWiki/index.php/Biological_Components_Datab > ank > > We have put up one CellML model so far: > http://june.phys.mcw.edu/BioWiki/index.php/Citrate_Synthase > and we are planning to do more. First, we have to develop some basic > protocols for validating that we have coded the CellML correctly. Any > suggestions? I've had a look at their CellML model and it contains the reaction element. I had a go at re-coding the model for them (by hand) but the model would have been under-constrained as there were parameter values missing.

Regardless of this specific example, we need to assist Dan's group in their automated translation of their models into CellML... Maybe this could be linked in with Neil's request?
