0. (James) Paper to serve as a reference for the CellML repository.

Drive to add to model documentation on repository:

1. What the model, downloaded out-of-the-box does. Something like: The downloaded model, when simulated for x seconds (or whatever) will produce Fig 1a from the cited paper.
2. What the changes, from the cited resource (ie paper in most cases) to the current downloaded model are, and who made them and an explanation. E.g.

1. Tau_b includes a negative V term as there was a mistake in the paper [j.lawson@auckland.ac.nz]?

A good place to start would be the 3-starred models.

2. Enable moderated comments for models. In the short term enables community to add the above.
3. Add curator@cellml.org or similar email link near the download link on model pages
4. (Randall) Removal of PCNG
5. (Randall/Alan) User defined functions in CellML 1.2
6. PCEnv/CellML API progress update
7. PMR2 progress update
