Getting started with CellML
CellML Tutorial created by: Mike Cooling, Auckland Bioengineering Institute, University of Auckland May 2008.
There are three parts to this tutorial.
- Tutorial 1
- This tutorial helps you get started with CellML by guiding you through the process of building a model with COR, then using the model you have created to introduce the various parts that make up a CellML file.
- Tutorial 2
- The second tutorial introduces the concept of variable interfaces and connections to allow communication between components.
- Tutorial 3
- The final tutorial will turn show you how to turn the two-component model created in Tutorial 2 into a CellML 1.1 model, where the components are in separate files, one importing the other.
The source of this tutorial along with the CellML files used can be found in this ZIP file.
