Last week's action items:
1.) Tommy to help James set up a way to back up the development site content.- James is to use a manual system for the mean time, an automated system is being developed.
This week's agenda:
1) PCEnv development- Nothing from Andrew
- Justin has demonstrated a version of PCEnv on the Mac that is able to integrate. It does not yet have an installer.
2) CellML API - update
- Andrew is still working on the Java code to generate mappings in both directions. This is coming along well.
3) CellML Specs - update
- Randall has discussed the initial value attribute with Daniel Weiss (?).
4) SBML to CellML converter prototype - update
- Nothing this week.
5) Updates or additional items
- Randall has talked to Daniel Weiss about creating a set of test problems in CellML.
- A breakaway meeting was called for Andrew and Randall to discuss the initial value attribute.
