ip address restriction won't work for people in the institute using the wireless
network.

Access restricted by IP. Not sure this is a good way to do it, really needs to
be done on authentication and groups otherwise and anon user who knows the
format of the URLs can get them. Are we going to make an auckland group of users
though - seems like a slippery slope...
