Description:
(Originally filed by Andre on sourceforge.net) Need to be able to specify time varying boundary conditions. Currently can do this explicity in a model for a stimulus current, for example, with a bit of MathML since the stimulus is generally nice and easy to mark up. For more complex temporal variation (action potential clamps, length perturbations, etc) would be good to provide a graphical method to specify the variation and provide a method for saving and reusing the variation. Might also want to be able to initally read in some data for the spatial variation. A good method that we currently use is the cmgui control curve editor, which we should be able to incorporate once mozCellML and ZINC are working together. Should then be able to use FieldML (or equivalent) to save/read-in time varying BCs.
Solution:
Need to change CellML for this.
